Returns

You may return items within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will cover all return shipping costs
  • You will receive either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost
  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number at support@kairohubs.com  we will get back to you within one hour.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to request an exchange.

Refunds

  • After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
